Default pellagra can also b seen in carcinoid syndrome

i just came to know that pellagra can b seen in carcinoid syndrome patients beacuse in carcinoid syndrome there is also deficiency of vitamin b6 that is required for conversion of tryptophan to niacin and deficiency of vitamin b6 can indirectly results in pellagra also ....

hey i think you dont get B6 deficeincy in Carcinoid syndrom..rather all the trytophan is used to produce Sertonin in Carcinoid and you end up with low trytophan and hence low Naicin and hence Pelllgra.
correct me if i am wrong.
