Default What is required for a good CV for an IMG?

I will be giving my step 1 in nov 2011 and plan to complete all steps by july 2011. As of now i have 4 international publications in journals like, european journal of surgery, acta pediatrica etc. I am submitting one more study which i am the first author to british journal of urology. I will be getting Lor`s from doctors who practice in India but they all did their fellowship in US in institutes like Harvard and Boston. However i have no USCE.

I would like to know what are my chances without USCE? will my Indian LOR`s be of any use? If possible can u suggest how should i plan to make my match chances better? Also, i would like to apply in pediatrics and my research covers mostly pediatric surgery/urology, would it matter?

In short, what makes an IMG CV strong?

Sorry for this huge post
