is it true all of the NBME's dont have answers?

True all the way. You have to look up the answers and explanations on forums and your study resources. Sucks but that's how it is.

Whats the point of that??? What if we cant find the answer right away? How time consuming....

The point is to get question exposure. NBME is the board that actually formulates the real exam q's. Also even though the difficulty can vary from the real exam, the scores are said to be highly predictive of your real score (real exam score = NBME +/- 7 points)

What about doing them with extended feedback? Or did you mean the offline ones?

I recommend doing all NBMEs online with extended feedback so that you precisely know which q's you got wrong.
