Kids Unilateral Nasal Obstruction in 18 Months Old!

A previously healthy, active 18-month-old child presents with unilateral nasal obstruction and foul-smelling discharge. The child's examination is otherwise unremarkable. Which of the following is the most likely diagnosis?
Foreign body
Nasal polyps
Frontal sinusitis
Deviated septum
Choanal atresia
