Nothing will change in 2 weeks....sorry for sounding so negative!

Your best bet is to cancel the exam even if you gonna loose those money.
With those scores just Passing the exam is questionable.

If you go and pass with its gonna be even worse then fail...

Step 1 is one chance exam....you got do it right ONCE. Aim at 240+
If you not scoring those scores on NBME...you not ready.

If your score didn't improve on NBME it means you doing something wrong.
This is statistics....Just passing is not enough anymore!

I agree. Nothing will change in 2 weeks. I also suggest you postpone your exam.

If within 4 months, there is no improvement in your scores... probably you have no good background on basic sciences yet. It is essential as questions in UW seems repetitive but asked differently. If you have no good basic science foundation, then you cannot figure out the correct answer.

If I were you, I'll hit Kaplan Notes and watch Kaplan videos. Watch Pathoma again, then get another Qbank to assess your readiness (probably Kaplan or USMLERx). Re-do UW after getting good basic science background... then do another NBME. These steps, I hope, will do the trick...
