MusculoSkeletal Advising Teens on how to build muscles!

A 15-year-old boy asks how to bulk up. Appropriate advice to increase muscle mass includes which of the following?
a. Taking extra vitamins
b. Doubling protein intake
c. Using hormones
d. Increasing muscle work
e. Taking ergogenic medication
