Unhappy Pre Exam Amnesia and Insomnia

I have exam on day after tomorrow
I am having severe pre-test amnesia typically recent memory loss
Cant remember a word right now going through FA
I feel I've "locked in" syndrome I can only move my eyes and nothing else
oh the good part is you also get bouts of laughter for no reason.
I don't know what's going to happen in test.
hopefully I'll b able to put up some useful information
n yes insomnia that's the worst part you have in last week.
so I'll b leaving for Islamabad tomorrow and shall see you all day after tomorrow.

So I want to scream out!!!!!PRAY FOR ME I NEED IT
there is always a feeling being not prepared enough for test I plan to start a counseling post for every1 SOON!
I think that's what needed the most like I need lots of good words rite now thankxxxxx in advance.

Sorry I was just trying to relax since I had nobody to talk to.

U just reminded me of what i was feeling like a few months back. Amnesia and insomnia are both normal at this point, almost everyone has these issues before the exam. In my case, the insomnia was almost killing me. But everything works out fine in the end. U will be rewarded for all the hard work u've put in. Try to relax, just one more day to go. U'll do well Inshallah. Step 1 is a very fair exam, and very do-able too.
And u did the sensible thing by travelling in a day earlier. Rest a bit today and conserve ur energy for the exam, it's like a marathon.

Good luck, you will be fine. Relax and try to get some sleep so you can be on fire for the exam answering that monster like nothing
You will get a great score, be confident and pray. Pray helps to keep your mind relax.
Be confident and always trust yourself.
Good luck. We all be waiting for your post exam experience.

Not a good idea since it will give you ''hangover'' like symptoms (personal experience ), and also decreases REM sleep, the same stage of the sleep where memory is reconsolidated.. haha, bad time to be messing around with that stage haha

Anything that makes you really sleepy normally, something with lots of tryptophan.

Usually heavy meal of rice and meat will do the job (personally that makes me really sleepy lol)
