USMLE Books Is HY enough for Behavioural Science?

Hi Guys,

I would like to know if HY Behavioral Sciences is sufficient for Behavioral Science, especially for an IMG?

Furthermore, how much in detail do we need to know the stages of development, as in Eriksson, Freud, Piaget, etc.

thank you
