Unhappy In a Fix - 2 weeks to exam

Hi
Congratulations to everybody who received their scores this Wednesday! Alhamdulillah..
I am now two weeks away from my exam.
I did NBME 7, very recently, offline. I had 176 questions correct out of total 200. Though I don't believe the key, as I myself had to correct a few, but yes, that is the rough correct number.
Please help me how to estimate score with this?

Secondly, I am planning to take NBME 16, ONLINE, in another 5-6 days. I am too apprehended on what will score then. My eligibility period expires on December 31st, and I have electives too scheduled 2 weeks after my exam. Thus I cannot post pone my exam hassle free. I am aiming for a 240 plus score.

Lastly, on my NBME 7 performance, I concluded that I am lacking in my prep in Anatomy but then I revised my annotated First Aid and discovered that I can barely improve upon it. I fail to understand some images (CT scans and gross brain specimens). Also, some questions, especially of axial skeleton injuries are too confusing to me. Please advice, how to improve upon this. Additionally, do you recommend a brisk read of Goljan for high yield topics of immunology?

Also, I would be grateful if any recent exam takers could post some important topics (like incontinence etc.).

Thanks! All the best..
Hope every thing goes good.
InshAllah..

Back when I did step 1 the formula was to multiple the number of questions you got right out of 200 by 1.4. So your score is 176*1.4=246. Do the latest nmbe online. Don't be stingy. It's really predictive and worth it for step 1.
