Default AIDS w/ a CD4 count <50

A pt w/ AIDS and a CD4 cell count <50/mm3 is suffering from an infection that affects his lungs, eyes, GI tract, and CNS. Biopsy shows a large, round intranuclear inclusion w/ a perinuclear halo. With what is the patient most likely infected?

A. Candida albicans
B. Cryptococcus neoformans
C. Cytomegalovirus
D. Herpes simplex virus
E. Mycobacterium avium
F. Pneumocystis jiroveci

its C CMV retinitis below CD50
