X Ray Stabbed in the left flank and this X ray!

A 19-year-old male is stabbed 4 times in his left flank. A chest X-ray taken 24 hours after the event is shown. Which of the following structures is most at risk for injury?
A. Transverse colon
B. Stomach
C. Inferior vena cava
D. Left lobe of the liver
E. Left ureter

left ureter.. Xray tells me its not the stomach since no air under the diaphragm.

x ray is normal
and the pointers are no air under the diaphragm to point out any viscera injury
