Plasma osmolality calculation formula

Do we need to remember this formula for plasma osmolality?

plasma osmolality = total body osmolality-urine osmolality / total body water - urine volume

You don't need to remember that formula but you need to remember this formula
Calculated plasma osmolarity = 2 Na + 2 K + Glucose + Urea ( all in mmol/L)
