Arrow Qurat21 Exam Experience

hello everyone yes i have given the exam
i must say exam was very well balanced it had some very easy question n sme at somewat difficult level
n almost every aspect ws tested
its important to work on basic concepts n must prepare general pathology i had so many questions from general patho i had two questions on heart murmurs there ws nt much xplained in the question so must listen to murmurs golgan pictures re enough.i also had one ecg questions
there were some experimental questions. must prepare all the receptors pathways. the questions on this forum re a must, so do them. all the concepts tested on nbme re high yield i felt xam question format ws like nbme.
its hard for me to tell u wt shud u prepare xactly coz every person has a different xperience moreover it will b easy fr me to say anything after i get my result but not for once in xam i panic n the xam went smoothly cnt b sure wt to xpect
its important to manage ur time well i took really short breaks in the first 4 blocks i used to refresh before every block by drinking water washing my face after 5th block i took a painkiller n after 6th block i took a 10 min break i ws left with much time for break n after refreshing i took the last two blocks together so its upto u hw u manage ur time. in every block i ws left with 5 mins in which i could go through marked questions so time is usually nt a problem.
getting over with the xam is such a good feeling now i hope to post a good score too:sorry:

yes there ws a question from molecular biology but tht ws easy one n immuno was also tested n immuno was very easy there ws a question about Bcell n T cell interaction n wt on Bcell activates T cell so it ws B7.
n there were few questions related to interleukins n yes all hypersensitvity reaction types so easy one tht also. most of the questions seemed as i ve done them before .
i had so many question on CT n one with MRI neuro is all tested with these n one anatomy question where i had to identify sigmoid colon in CT.the concept of pituitary tumour is high yield i had two question on it n the question ws about the effect on vision it will have.

i did kaplan too n i think immunology n behavioral science n u can do pathophysiology from there for rest u world is enough mark ur questions n dnt forget to repeat them before ur test but real exam is much easier than uworld.
CT n MRI were really easy.i had no trouble at all.i had an x ray of knee joint also about an injury to patella... n yes wt u asked about pharma... u must knw the mechanisms diagrams given in kaplan.i had two questions in one i ws to locate site of action of carbachol n in other mark the step of action of carbamezapine in glutamate mechanism of action.n its very important to know treatment of fungal infections all stds u must knw i ws asked treatment of toxoplasmosis n sporothrix n i had to identify sarcoptes scabeii in one question
so here FA is must!
