Planning Please review my study plan and make suggestions

Hi guys!

I've been reading in this forum for a few weeks now, before that I didn't know anything about the USMLE.
In my mind I made up a study plan - please review it and tell me anything you would do differently.
I don't wanna use Kaplan since there is no way for me to get the books and I don't like studying from a Computer.

for my first read, I plan on going through these books:
Behavioral: HY beh sc, conrad fischer
Pathology: RR pathology + goljan audio
Pharmacology: Katzung & Trevor Pharmacology Review
Microbiology: CMMRS
Immunology: Kaplan LN
Physiology: BRS Physiology
Neuro: HY Neuroanatomy

I don't know what book to use for Gross Anatomy, Embryology, Histology, Biochemistry and Biology.

After my first read I plan to do FA, UW, and of course some NBME's for self assessment.

Does that sound like a good plan?
What would you do differently?
What books should I use for the Gross Anatomy, Biochem, Biology, ...?
Is any of the books I mentioned too much?
Did I leave anything out?

I'm grateful for every suggestions!
Thanks

Guys, has anyone used RR Gross Anatomy or RR Biochemistry? If yes, please tell me a little bit about it! Like does it cover everything needed for Step 1? Or too much? Do you recommend it?
Thanks!

I have RR Biochemistry, good book, but I think that KLN Biochemistry is better. Just my opinion though.

do you use them both or just kaplan ln?

Does anyone use RR gross anatomy? I checked reviews on amazon for RR Gross Anatomy, HY Gross Anatomy and BRS Gross Anatomy. Seems that most people use RR, but in this forum it seems like HY is the best liked.
I'd be glad if someone could tell me a little bit about those anatomy books. I really don't know which one to pick and there is no way too see what HY Gross looks like on amazon...

Thanks guys!

I decided to stick to KLN, used RR for some charts. But really, KLN in my opinion is enough. I'm also looking for something for anatomy, was thinking about HY, because the majority of people liked it and rated it highly.

ok I think I'll go with Kaplan for Biochem too. Heard that Kaplan Biochem LN are the best of the series... Still don't know about anatomy though. I read a lot on amazon, and AMGs seem to consider RR anatomy a good book. they dont recommend BRS gross anatomy from what I read on amazon. HY is recommended by some, others say it has too much low-yield stuff.

Goljan says that KLN biochemistry is very good, I tend to trust him))

Does anyone have any experience with RR anatomy? I'm interested! Cause I took nbme 7 and it showed anatomy in my weak areas, partially probably because I reviewed it sooooo long ago and not completely though. As far as I remember KLN was good especially embryology.

So, question: would you stick with KLN or would you look for another book? I'm trying to decide between HY and maybe RR?
BRS anatomy seems to be very lenghthy book, although I liked BRS physio.

For anatomy, Kaplan does cover most of the topics. If u still find it deficient, u can use HY or BRS. No experience with RR.

But for anatomy, keep that in mind Neuroanatomy is more highly tested than the rest of the anatomy.

I think I might try out the RR Gross Anatomy. But I still haven't met anyone that has studied with it in this forum... I am hoping someone can tell me something about it!
