Blood Blood Transfusion Hypersensitivity Reaction!

A 22-year-old male is brought into the emergency room with multiple gunshot wounds to the abdomen. He is immediately transfused blood products as part of the initial resuscitation. Shortly after the transfusions are initiated, he develops fever and dyspnea. Immediate laboratory testing reveals hemoglobinuria, disseminated intravascular coagulation, and complement-mediated cardiovascular collapse. Which of the following hypersensitivities did he develop?
A. Type III
B. Type I and Type IV
C. Type IV
D. Type I
E. Type II
