there s a qstn relatd to migraine..he asked skin lateral to nasal fold..isnt it v3?and ovale?what about morphine qstn//reason for detirioration of patient after morphine initiation??

Morphine metabolites accumulate like morphine 6 glucorunide

but i got that ovale answer wrong....what is the structure passing beneath the ovary to be protected ??ureter or internal iliac artery?

which structure is at greatest risk during radical prostatectomy?? what about that sudden pain in a weight lifting man after lifting 200lbs??isnt it fracture of lumbar vertebra??i thot he will use steroids so there will b osteoporosis!!what is that transient loss of vision due to cholesterol emboli??

intervertebral disc tear (even i thought vertebral frc but intervertebral disc tear is right i dont know why) if you can find explanation do tell me
ureter (water under bridge)

a man had transient loss of vision for 2 hrs in right eye ..he underwent left femoral popliteal bypass 3 months ago for peripheral vascular disease.. cholesterol emboli are seen in fundoscopy..vitals normal..embolus most likely seen in which artery??
a abdominal aorta
b left common carotid
c right opthalmic
d right middle cerebral
e right anterior cerebral

what happens in fanconi syndrome?isnt it decreased fractional reabsorption of glucose, phosphate, hco3,aminoacids??
