Default ECGs in the USMLE Step 1

Hey guys!

What about the ECGs in the actual exam? Easy concepts?

Yes, you might have them, but if you do they are extremely easy.

Chances are its gonna be A-fib/ Acute MI or Blocks. Thats almost it.
And when you see it, you don't need more then like 2 seconds to figure out what it is.
You don't have to bother looking in details how you would in real life, all aspects, axis and all that.
