Zygote Embryology Crammer PDF

I came across this PDF files that has been used by my friends as a quick crammer of Embryology.
I don't know the source and I don't know how accurate is the file. All I know is that my friends are telling me that you don't need any other information in embryology what's in these few pages is enough for the step 1.
I attached the PDF to this post, have a look and tell me what you think.

I got this file before in the form of MS Word and it's only a shortened form of Kaplan notes. I think it's useful for very quick review

It's just Kaplan Webprep Embryology notes.
