Default elevated neurotransmitter

A 4-year-old boy is brought into the pediatricianís office by his parents due to his lack of friends and lack of interest in others noted by his pre-school teacher. His parents also note he is constantly twisting his hands. He will not play with his two brothers and will often repeat what other people say. Which hormone is likely elevated in this child?
A. Serotonin
B. Norepinephrine
C. Epinephrine
D. Dopamine
E. Testosterone

I was just reading up on Fragile X, I don't think it can be as his other 2 brothers are fine...
