Default got my results first attempt

hello guys,
fist I want to thanks to this forum because I have learned a lot from all of you, for me have been very difficult to get here now because I work and have a family to take care of,
my study plan was not good at all but I think it is the one that kept me concentrated and focus on my objectives,
I'm an IMG graduated in 2006, 2 years of practice,
did goljan audios twice, first aid reviewed I think more than 7 times, kaplan q-bank, usmlerx, usmle world twice,
free nbme questions-76% one month before exam,
nbme 11-470 15 days before exam, then
nbme 12-440 11 days before exam
between the two nbme's I did study because of working days that is why probably my score drop,
no more questions three days before exam, reviewed high yields only,
one day for pharma, another day for micro and inmune system.
last day could not study after 4 pm,
exam was for me mixed with lot of statistic questions, probably I felt that because I wasn't strong enough in that subject,
results in three weeks, 214-90
I'm very happy with my results and my family is very happy too, I know is not a high score but I know I could not do more than this, I was really tired,
It's probably not a perfect study guide, not a perfect score or probably not a perfect experience but for the people that need to support a family and wants to study will be very helpfull.
thanks you all people from this forum.

I work 36 hours a week, I used mainly first aid and read goljan once, I did lot of questions around 7000 and made notes, I dont encourage you to do that If I have to study again i would at least listen to kaplan videos and if you can kaplan books they will give you the strong knowledge, but for me because of the short time to study I preferred do lot of questions.

Sorry to hear that about your grandmother,
DrGio please answer this. Did the exam have the list of question numbers in a column on the left side of your screen just as UW has or is it exactly like NBME? thank you.

1)- I read the first aid many times always tried to remember highest yield staff, usmlerx helped me a lot with this as it has the first aid pages in the answers, and I at least read that with every single question, note- it's is impossible to memorize the entire book, point to what it is most frequently asked for example in kidney nephritis/nephrosis, renal insuf, diuretics and nephron physiology.
2)-I made notes of every thing that I though was important in every q-bank, quick notes, but with emphasis in U-world, that was what I read at the end my notes from U-world and my list of forgetables.
3)-when off at least 11to 12, when working as much as my body allows me 3-4, and 20 days off before exam.
