Question Addison disease what type of hypersensitivity!

In Addison's disease, antibodies attack the adrenal cortex, causing damage and scarring. Is this a type II hypersensitivity or Type III (immune-complex mediated)?

I think it is type II HS
because Ab are against antigen on the surface of the cells, moreover type II HS are usually localized to one organ, while type III affect several organs like vasculitis.

hope this will help
