Question Kaplan QBank extention?

Hey, a different question about Kaplan qBank:

I've purchased subscription couple months ago and then extended it. Before, there was a message saying something like "#days left, extend your subscription"... and there was a link. Now it only says "your subscription will expire on day X" no links, nothing. How to extend it? Has anyone had an experience like that? It will expire in a week...

P.S. I called Kaplan, had to wait on hold for half an hour, decided to leave a message, haven't gotten them calling me back yet...

I've extended twice already, there was a link after I extended the last time, but then they made several changes, added a couple of simulated exams and etc, and there is no link anymore. Confused...I believe one could extend the subscription as long as the account was active with them, they didn't specify how many time though. At least I don't remember. Still wait for them to call me....

P.S. the enrollment agreement doesn't say anything about it...

I had the same problem, so called them and came to know that kaplan is no longer offering extensions. But they did me a favour and gave me 12 months subscription for free.

yes 12 months. The only problem is that they resetted my account, so I lost all my details.

Info

Ok, so it is true, that they no longer offer extensions. From now on they only have 1 month for $99 and 12 months for $199. There will be no way to keep the history, unless you have those 12 months. The lady told me they updated some qs, don't really believe in it, but who knows?

I guess they only offer 12 months (supposedly for free) if you had an active account with enough money left to cover that 12 months or close to it.
