Default How to start studying/preparing for Step 1?

Hello there, I am 22 yo Israeli med student, currently in 5th year, I am enrolled in a 6 years program, and I feel that I am way behind for not doing the step 1 earlier.
But it is a little bit different for us since we still have a lot to study in 4th and 5th year.

I am intending to start preparing and hopefully take the test this summer!

I do not have any study partners or friends who are interested in doing the USMLE, so I am kinda lost and clueless on how to start, I have asked some people that I know, and they told me, it is best to start with the videos and Kaplan lecture notes, and I shall be able to cover all of them within 2-3 months, and then I am supposed to do the Q bank.

What are your advice to me?
I am gunning toward a score to match me in Internal Medicine in the US so I believe it should be 220+!

I have to admit that my base in Pathology/Physiopathlogy is weak compared to the rest.

Will I be able to pull it off within 5 months?
