Video Action of Myosin and Actin Video Animation!

This is a video i found it helpful to understand the basic details of Myosin / Actin function...



i tried to find one with the ca/tropomyosin display, but i guess this one will do the job.

Important point to add would be that in a relaxed state muscles are pre-stretched to achieve maximum performance.
