Hola amiga... It's worth it only if you can take screen shots as you go because at the end they give you ONLY your wrong questions so if you have the screen shots then you can see which ones you got right. I think it's great. But it doesn't tell you the answer to the wrong question. But you can google it and there are many forums that discuss NBME questions and most of the time they explain it very well.

Hope this helps!

sorry i didn't understand, i want to take my 1st nbme in a couple of days. are u saying that we can give 10 dollars more and get what?
secondly, can we screen shot the questions? and if we do, i think we will have to buy the exam in self paced mode which wont be standard and if we buy it in standard time, we wont be able to take screen shots.
and really? are there explanations of the answers as well?
and can we not know which question we got wrong and which one was right?
please explain! thank you

In the extended feedback they ONLY show you the incorrect questions with the answer you marked but they DO NOT give you any explanations nor do they give you the right answers. So by knowing which ones you got wrong, you know which ones you got right and you can review them later with the screen shot.

About the screen shots, I was always pretty fast so I always had time at the very end to take all my screen shots. I have a MacBook so I just had to tap a couple of keys to take the pics. I always made sure I was at question 30 by 30 mins.

Good luck to both of you!

ok so ur saying that in standard one which is 10 bucks less, they don't tell you anything about the answers but in extended one, they tell u which ones you got wrong and the ones u marked without correct answers and explanation, so isn't it wise to take the extended one? what do u recommend?

I just finished. It only gives you the incorrect. It shows you wich ones you got wrong. Doesn't show you marked ones.
No explanations and doesn't tell you wich is the correct answer. So is good to know wich you have wrong but that's basically it.

I think it is a great tool. You will get your performance diagram with subjects, your score, of course, you will be able to see all the questions that you've answered wrong. They also provide those qs in a table according to the subject. Once you've started, I think you will have access to your profile for 20 days. I actually took that extended feedback and found it helpful.

P.S. you can print out the diagram, not sure about the wrong qs - I think they don't allow it.
