Help hemolytic anaemia & glycolytic enzyme deficiences ?

it is said in FA that glycolytic enzyme deficiences affect the activity of Na K Atpase activity causing hemolytic anemia ,, the question here how does it affect Na K ATPase activity? ,, thanks

Decreased glycolytic enzymes cause decreased glycolysis causing decreased ATP which means decreased function of the Na-K pump.

In glycolytic enzyme deficiences, not enough ATP formed due to inhibition of glycolysis. As Na K ATPase pump requires ATP for its functioning produced by glycolysis,If Na K pump does not function to push Na out of cell, increased Na inside cell will drag water along with it,cell swells, osmotic lysis of cell leading to hemolysis.
