Liver Beading on ERCP; Describe the disease?

A 43-year-old woman with several episodes of cholangitis is diagnosed with primary sclerosing cholangitis. ERCP demonstrates "beading" of the biliary tree. Which is an accurate characterization of this disease?

The correct answer is E.
PSC is characterized by intra- and extrahepatic bile duct fibrosis, stenosis, and strictures
