Stats Study subjects and changing the working light brightness! Type of bias

Interesting comparison... Check this Bias...

A Group of works over the lab are being measure how they increase they productivity on a warehouse, the researches found that as they increase the brightness on the warehouse the workers do better job, before they conclude their analysis they did the opposite to see what was happening and measure all the workers again and try to decrease this time the light on the room, they start with a bright room and get it dimmer dimmer and dimmer ( darker ) and they measure it again, they in both way of the study found that the efficacy of the workers increase in both analysis.

What type of bias are we seem on this study ?

Exactly, You are more than right! =) I really like this question when i see it. Dr. Steven Daugherty Explain this on Biostat videos...

It is the Hawthorne, When the subject being study change their behavior owing to the knowledge of being studied.
