I would think about postponing if I were you. UWSA overpredicts for step 1. Try an nmbe online and see how much you get. I think you should wait till you're scoring consistently over 230 before proceeding with the exam.

Give a quick revision to FA. Den take NBME online and assess. If still low ; do as many MCQs(Uworld etc) as u can. Ur Scores will b directly proportional to the # of MCQs u practice. Best o Luck on ur step I

There is one caveat with UWSA scores. If you haven't done a lot of UWorld questions prior to taking the UWSAs, your score is likely to under predict your real performance. Whereas, if you finish the whole UW bank and THEN do the UWSAs, it might over predict. In scenario, I did the UWSAs after finishing UW and my UWSA2 was within a couple of points of my real score (I hit in the 250s).

First of all 230 isn't a high score. It's an average score. I am not trying to offend anyone but this is what it is. Secondly I'd not appear in exam with a 200 on uwsa. I have seen people with 210+ on uwsa failing real exam.

IMO you should at least have a 250 on UWSA to hit 230s. (If you're doing it after doing full UW)

my advice, you can take it or leave it.

uwsa overestimates your score by at least 20 points. your score now means you are in the fail zone.
while you are only one month away from your test that means you read fa and did at least some of uw.
i guess you have a problem with CONCEPTS not memory.
85% of the real test are concepts. if you can postpone your test for three months then do please and read kaplan physio, pathoma with videos, kaplan biochem, then do uw.
if you have time do uw 2 or 3 times you will be in 240+ zone.
do as many anatomy qz as you can(not only libs but abd and pelvis anatomy that is very high yield).
best of luck

Default do nbme

its really hard to say wether UWSA overestimated you or not the best thing to do would be try one of the recent nbme's and see where you stand....sometimes UWSA overestimates you sometimes it underestimates you...i saw some guy from Italy the other day post his experience so far he scored 200+ on the nbme and after a couple weeks he took UWSA and scored 195....so that goes for show...give one of the nbmes and you never know you might actually be higher than 200 who knows...but i do know a lot of ppl that have scored around their UWSA .... it really comes down to how you perform on your test day .... plus you have 1 month thats PLENTY of time man!
