Blood Bleeding after surgery

A 57 year old man has undergone hip replacement surgery. Before surgery all hematologic and clotting studies were normal. Surgery was complicated with excessive blood loss and he has been transfused 6 units of PRBCs. Postoperative he has done well and discharged home. Next day he accidentally cut his face while shaving. Bleeding from the cut did not stop and he came to the ER.
What is the likely cause of this bleeding?

A- Dilutional coagulopathy
B- Acquired factor VIII deficiency
C- Hemophilia A
D- DIC
E- von Willbrand disease
