Question HPV and koilocytic cell!!

hi guys, so i am confused about this HPV serotype.
so its only HPV serotype 16,18 associated with dysplasia and not HPV 6,11??
and is Koilocytosis seen only in dysplasia? and is koilocytosis not associated with HPV 6,11 if they are benign?

and i also want to know the difference between CIN and Cervical Ca and their association with koilocytosis. i mean will there b koilocytic cell in both or only in cervical ca?

general rule is HPV is virus which infects stratified squamous epitheliums and as we know that this epithelium is present in skin, true vocal cords, ectocervix and vagina so this virus affects all these now the main think is HPV 6 and 11 are associated with true vocal infection mainly and cutaneous warts and HPV 16 AND 18 they are most common cause of genital warts and causes CIN which can progress to cervial carcinoma . and pathognomic for CIN is koilocytosis ...

HPV 6,11 and benign and cause condyloma and accuminata therefore they are not associated with koilocytic in my opinion
and hpv 16,18 are malignant types and are associated with koilocytic cell!
