Default Lifelong supplementation in total gastrectomy?

A 63yrs old japanese male undergoes total gastrectomy after an early invasive gastric cancer. You counsel the pt. that he should recieve lifelong supplementation of which of the following?

1) Hydrochloric acid
2) Gastric enzymes
3) Water-soluble vitamins
4) medium-chain triglycerides
5) Fat-soluble vitamins

water soluble vitamin B12 (cobalamin)
(intrinsic factor is gone with stomach)
deficiency after 2 yrs
can cause megaloblastic(?) anemia
