Immunology What cell surface markers expected on these T cells!

A 12-year old child is diagnosed with a T-cell lymphoma. The phenotype of the malignant cell matches that of normal progenitor cells that leave the bone marrow to enter thymus. What cell surface markers would you expect to find on the malignant cells?

A) CD4-, CD8-, TCR-
B) CD4-, CD8-, TCR+
C) CD4-, CD8+, TCR+
D) CD4+, CD8-, TCR+
E) CD4+, CD8+, TCR+

A..... t precursors that leave bone marrow to the thymus... have not expressed TCR yet, neither CD4 or CD8, they actually are found in the thymus first with both CD4 and CD8 and when they mature, they express only one and then the TCR.
