Default Which of these gene mutations!

A 42-year-old woman came to the clinic complaining headache and occasional palpitation and sweat. She had high blood pressure diagnosed 11 years ago controlled with two antihypertensive drugs. She denied previous hypertensive emergencies. Past medical history revealed that she had bilateral amaurosis at age 11 and also ataxia at 28 which was due to the cerebellar hemangioblastoma. Physical examination demonstrated orthostatic hypotension. Laboratory data showed a high level of normetanephrine in the urine. Mutation at which of the following genes is responsible for this condition?

A) RETon chromosome 10
B) VHL on chromosome 3
C) ENG on chromosome 9
D) WAGR on chromosome 11
E) PKD-2 on chromosome 4
