Unhappy Burn Out by Prep!

Hey guys,

I am burn out and sleep deprived cuz of studying too much, I think I was over studying, therefore I have taken a day off and my brain is perfusing now.
I need more sleep. slept all day, will start studying from tomorrow after my infarcted brain gets perfused in 12 hours. lol
I was burnt out in may as well. this is second time. so my advice to u all is, when u feel the need to sleep. just go to sleep!
goodnight

Wow salz. I agree with what you have said. I wish I could have your discipline also and take one day off after so many studying. I hate to say that somehow the bed always wins and that sooner or later i'll have to buckle down. Im still far from my prep though.

How many hours do you study a day? What's your schedule like? Do you watch TV? Hang out with family and friends?

i spend all day on studying. i am slow reader.. therefore i need extra effort and my score on nbme was not good enough therefore i need extra effort.
i have friends, but don hang out with them and i have jus made this law on myself during this prep only. i will after the exam. but i do watch tv and do internet right after i wake up and right before i sleep so i stay fresh and also when there is need!
i just hope that i end up getting what i desire!
