Planning FA + GOLJAN + UW + Kaplan videos?

I have about 4.5 months to go.............and can study about 8 hours/day..............do you think they are enough for a 90+ score

My resources would be FA, Kaplan Videos+Goljan and UWorld..............

Please advise?
