Question should I add notes to first aid sections embryo/anatomy/histo?

To all the experienced first aid/kaplan users,

I know that it is important to add notes from kaplan to first aid sections, especially for subjects like physio/path/pharm/biochem/ where necessary.

However, did you guys feel that it was necessary to add kaplan notes to the embryo/anatomy/neuro sections? Or did you feel that first aid covered everything important for embryo/anatomy/neuro? The reason is because I was told by someone that scored well that first aid was enough for embryo/anatomy/neuro but I thought I'd get everyone elses feedback as well.

thanks

Absolutely add notes to your first aid book! specially for those sections as they are quite low detail in the original first aid book. I would recommend adding notes from Kaplan Anatomy + Uworld/Kaplan questions. Those should more than suffice for anatomy together.

Yes, make your FA as an universal notebook.
I'd say writing down while preparing for usmle in general is a useless waste of time because you have everything already written down by review book authors,

but in case with FA it is absolutelly essential to add stuff from UW
