Correct Answer K.pneumoniae

yes u are all correct it is C > K.pneumoniae as the key words was bloody thick sputum ,, old patient with COPD and hospitalized ,, large gelatinous cell wall , rod gram negative,& lactose fermenter >> indicating klebsella pnemoniae
