Default confidence interval

in FA they said if CI contain zero ---> there is no correlation
but in other source I found instaed of zero 1?
so which one is correct

if the CI for a mean difference between variables includes 0 then you fail to reject null
if the CI for odds ratio or RR includes 1 then you fail to reject null
