Default Cancellation Fee At Prometric

Hi!
I am supposed to give my exam in five days but I have decided not to appear for it.
This is my extended eligibility period and I do not want to reschedule.
I am planning to reapply again after some time but not within my eligibility period.
That said , I was concerned whether I have to pay the Prometric Centre anything. I am just cancelling , not cancelling and rescheduling.
Kindly help with this someone.

you don't have to pay any extra fee, but you do lose the money and have to resubmit an application with new application fees. and it does NOT show up on your transcript. All you can do is directly call the center to cancel the exam, so you can allow a free spot to someone who might be wanting to take this date instead of you. You don't have to do it but if you're 100% you won't take it, why not give the chance to someone else?

Good luck

Thumbs Up Thanks Amir26

That's exactly what I thought. But the phone is perpetually engaged and I haven't been able to contact them. So I just gave up all attempts to tell them I am cancelling. I have decided just not to turn up for the exam.
Thank you so much for the precise reply.
I appreciate it.
