Default Sideroblastic anemia.

A 54 yr old male presents with fever, nightsweats, weightloss and hemoptysis. upon evaluation he is started on appropriate drug treatment. 6 months later he returns to the clinic for chekup. he has been very compliant with his drugs.on his present visit peripheral blood smear shows ringed sideroblast and microcytic anemia. what other findings are consistent with the patients anemia?

A: Protoporhyrin Increase, ALA normal and serum iron decrease

B: Protoporphyrin increase, ALA increase and serum iron increase

C: Protoporphyrin decrease, ALA decrease and serum iron increase

D: Protoporphyrin decrease, ALA decrease and serum iron decrease

i think its C bcuz INH decreases B6
