Question Anemia Question

In which of the following cases, the increased mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration is expected?

A) A 10-year-old anemic patient with distorted skull, facial bones and long bones
B) A 14-year-old anemic patient with hemophilia type A
C) A 13-year-old anemic patient with increased osmotic fragility to hypotonic saline
D) A 30-year-old anemic patient with 2 year history of aortic valvular prostheses
E) A 24-year-old patient with occasional self-limited anemia after infective conditions
