Default Most Common Adult Nephrotic Syndrome

Kaplan qbank says FSGS is the most common adult nephrotic syndrome and earlier it was membranous glomerulopathy...but FA says stll its membranous...confused.can someone please clarify it.

FSGS is the most common nephrotic syndrome in adults.
Associations: HIV/drug abusers.
Histopath: Negative IF, but damaged VECs.

Diffuse membranous glomerulopathy is the SECOND most common nephrotic syndrome in adults with diffuse thickening of membranes.
Associations: HBsAg, captopril.
Histopath: Subepithelial ICs with positive IF. (spike and dome pattern)
