Default Last month. please help with the schedule

Hello
I am IMG who is ranked first in a class of 90 and who is passionate about medicine.
I decided to take my STEP 1 in late March 2015. I have been studying for months but had some interruptions and bumps along the way. I did all FA (except biostatistics and ethics, some pages of embryology in OBGYN, half of psychiatry including drugs and anti-arrhythmics) with a lot of books (kaplan for biochem and immuno, mrs and kaplan for microbiology, goljan for pathology, brs physiology for physiology, etc.
I started doing uworld questions in early january after only going once through the whole thing. I was barely able to finish a block per day. Did blocks per system scoring around 80% (1-2 months after studying the subject once). Then started to try random 46 questions scoring an average of 77% on 7 consecutive blocks. I feel that most uworld questions are about concepts and since I know my concepts really well I am able to score high on pathology and pathophysiology without really remembering pages per se from FA. Questions I'm missing are either things i haven't studied or stuff i memorized and forgot. And here I am now with a month to go trying to plan my month. I am thinking of cramming pages from FA for easy memorizing questions in the exam and try to do as much questions as possible in uworld. I know i won't be able to do more than 1000-1200 .
i took 1 NBME (NBME 11) to gauge my progress and got a 251 (19 errors) with something like 2-3 stupid mistakes. I keep hearing about people getting 250 on NBMEs and 230s on the real thing. I feel my 251 is a fluke since i was able to answer embryo biostats and ethics from my medical background. What if i get some specific stuff i haven't studied? What if i get difficult questions and stuff i haven't seen in uworld cause i barely did half of it? I am trying to read the pages i skipped the first time.
please help me. i am very confused and really need to pull it all together to try to get a 250.
any help is appreciated.

Hi lickitung
First of all donot underestimate yourself. When you got a 251 in nbme, feel happy. Use this 251 to buid up your confidence. Still, if you are not sure about yourself, take another online nbme and see your weak areas. If you finished doing uworld once thoroughly and nicely, I can say it is enough. You are saying this is your final month. So take 2-3 online nbmes with a gap of 5 days between each exam. What you should try to do is identify your weak areas from these exams and keep improving. I am not saying exam will be similar to nbmes or uworld. Main exam is a entirely different thing. By saying different i don't mean you will have out of the world questions. It is entirely based on the concepts that you have developed studying all these months and is definitely doable. And also you will not have any straight questions from FA. But FA will be a great saviour in the last month. Don't read any new material now. Revise FA, focus on your weak areas, keep doing nbmes and be confident.
Good luck!

Thank you but I feel low because I will not be able to finish more than half of uworld and will barely go over everything twice. Do people with such preparation get good scores? Am i at a big disadvantage? What if i get a 230 even though my nbme showed 250?
