Default Graduated in 2009

Hi All,
I have completed my primary degree in 2009. I am planning to write USMLE now. Its been 6 years since I completed my degree. Will it affect my carrier in US? I heard that there should not be a gap of more than 5 yrs. Please clarify this.

gap means u r out of anything has to do with medicine so if u r practicing all these years that's not a gap. about ur chances It might be affecting you being graduated > 5 years but also if u working on same field that u wanna apply to that's a plus for u so no role here.
If u got a good scores and USCE then that would compensate and I see ppl matched and they are >10 y sinces graduation .
Good luck
