the last one with induration is C. macrophages, TNF and what not..
Thinking that when we have PPD it the same scenario. correct me if i am wrong

41. D smoking ...
23. B while swallowing the vocal cords are closed so no food is entered in the wrong tube. Immediately after laryngeal irritation ( dont have a clue ). I believe that you cough against a closed vocal cords.

Correct me if i am wrong.

yes it is a risk factor. it cant be ethnicity because its more common in white and asian, cant be gender because smoking adds to that so

woman = osteoporosis vs
woman+smoker = more chance of osteoporosis

hey but wikipedia says age n sex are most common causes of osteoporosis,and moreover its the female sex which predisposed her to osteoporosis and smoking is an additive risk right??
