Default I really need help

Hey everyone,
I am an International who just graduated last November. I barely started in January to study for the USMLE and put approximate 6+ hours of studying. The problem I am having are things that I have not seen, like ever. I dont know if it's probably the books that I use didnt mention it, the format of the class would make it unnecessary or what. An example would be simple things like IgG1-4, all we had to know was IgG, or the enzymes. (I am not picking on my school or anything of that sort, I am at fault for everything because I understand it is my responsibility). But how am I suppose to answer something that I have no clue on what it is? At the moment I am using DIT, Golj and score 95. My question is should I restart by reading everything everything again, all of biochem, guy physio etc etc etc? Should I just keep with DIT/FA? I am lost, I mean extremely extremely lost, I have done NBME 2x with scoring the lowest on both, the 1st week of January and last week. Any help guys would be highly appreciated

I think ur problem is probably with the books u r using. I'd suggest using Kaplan notes as ur main study source with FA from day 1. Pathoma for pathology and u r ready to go .
