Default 3 months out, need advice

I am taking the exam in early/mid June. I took the NBME CBSSA (Form 11) just to see where I am at. I still have a month and a half left of M2 (just started our final block). So with three months out, my score was 430 (which apparently corresponds to predicted Step 1 score of 213).

I am personally aiming to get at least 240 on the real thing. Do you think this is a reasonable goal for a 3 month time period?
