Default How to study for the Usmle step 1 while in med school(a question)

Hi fellows, so a good day to everybody:
an inevitable question: as a foreign student(from Romania), how should I do the step 1.
The question is more complicated than it seems, how come?
well

1. as a student from Romania, , the orientation is very different, while USMLE is somewhat clinical, our studiesrequire in the same discipline a different range of information and skills.

2. Myself, I have decided to do the USMLE only at the middle of my second year, how do I recover all of that lost stuff?

3.the major question mark: in the fourth year, when I will do the test, how should I study for it? I need to pass my own subjects in my own medschool, and at the same time I need to learn for the USMLE which I will do 2 months after my final fourth year session.

Thank in advance for all the tips.

Dan
