Emergency No Signs of Life

Our Med school gave this First-Aid question in the exam.
Question 2
No signs of life means a patient is:
A) Unconscious / unresponsive
B) Not breathing
C) Not moving
D) All of the above (meeting at least one criterion)
E) All of the above (meeting all criteria)

I thought the answer is E, but some students answered D. What do you think?

What do you mean by first aid? do you mean basic life support?

If the question is about BLS then when you look for the victim, you look for responsiveness, you shout "ARE YOU OK!". If the patient did not respond then this is a sign of unresponsiveness and you have to go down the BLS algorithm.

Yeah I understand what you were saying but this is a multiple choice question not a short answer question. Which one do you choose? E or D? and why?
